Terms of Service
1. Your Data
URLs you enter and audit results are used solely to generate your report. We do not store, sell, or share audit data with third parties—including law firms, advertisers, or litigators. Session data is ephemeral and deleted after delivery.
2. Not Legal Advice
This tool is a technical diagnostic, not legal counsel. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Results do not constitute legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for legal decisions.
3. Methodology
Each audit launches three isolated browser sessions from a California context: one accepting all cookies, one rejecting all, and one sending a GPC signal. Sessions use clean browser profiles with no prior state. Network activity is captured and compared across runs to identify tracking discrepancies.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as-is" based on currently known technical signatures. Privacy law evolves; audit results reflect a point-in-time snapshot, not a guarantee of compliance. We are not liable for inaccuracies, missed trackers, or legal outcomes arising from reliance on results.
5. Our Own Privacy
We do not use third-party trackers, analytics pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. We practice what we scan for.
6. Authorized Use
You may only audit websites you own or have explicit authorization to test. Adversarial scanning of third-party sites for litigation targeting or competitive intelligence is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
